Mark Gully is Head of IT, as he was at GMAC-RFC UK and in the early years of his career held various technical positions at the Alliance & Leicester Building Society. With over 20 years’ experience in the IT Industry and Financial Services Markets, Mark brings with him a wealth of experience in the delivery and support of market leading IT solutions. In 2006, Mark was a key stakeholder in the successful delivery of the market leading POSO system and, most recently, the IT Project Sponsor for the migration of GMAC-RFC UK’s IT Data Centre and Disaster Recovery facilities.

Jim Aitken joins Checkmate as Technical Architect with over 20 years’ experience in systems development for major organisations, such as Nationwide and GMAC-RFC UK. More recently, Jim was lead developer in the successful delivery of GMAC-RFC UK’s market-leading POSO system which delivered innovations such as yes/no decisioning, cascade and automated AVMs.

Claire Young is Continuous Improvement Manager. She joined Private Label in 1996 and was instrumental in the development of the company. At GMAC-RFC UK, Claire played a key role in the specification and delivery of the award winning POSO system. In her last job at GMAC-RFC UK, she was Continuous Improvement Manager, overseeing all aspects of service delivery.
