Marcus Goddard is Head of Operational Risk and has nearly 30 years’ experience of working in the mortgage industry in both the Prime and Non-conforming sectors. Marcus joins the Company from Unity Home Loans where he had responsibility for the Credit function, having previously worked for both SPML and GMAC-RFC UK in operational and credit capacities. Marcus has had considerable experience in building new and successful teams.

Tony Rogers is FSA Authorisation and Compliance Procedures Manager.  His experience in the regulatory arena goes back to the late 1980s and the onset of financial regulation in the UK. Having worked for many years for Prudential Assurance, Tony joined GMAC-RFC UK and oversaw the successful application for FSA authorisation. Most recently, he joined Kensington Mortgages where he set up the compliance function.

Nicola Raho is Human Resources Manager. She was previously Recruitment Manager at GMAC-RFC UK and a senior member of the HR leadership team. During her time with the company, GMAC-RFC UK UK became a Top Ten Employer as voted by The Guardian and a Top 100 Employer by The Sunday Times.
