Stephen Knight is Executive Chairman as he was at GMAC RFC UK and at Private Label before that.  Stephen grew Private Label into the UK’s largest privately owned distributor of mortgages, and he grew GMAC RFC UK from a virtual standing start to the UK’s 10th largest lender in five years.

Barry Searle is Managing Director, Operations, as he was at GMAC RFC UK and Private Label before that.  Under Barry’s leadership, GMAC RFC UK won the coveted Financial Adviser ‘5 Star Service Award’; ‘Technology Innovator of the Year’ and ‘Top 100 UK Employer Award’.

Roger Brown is Managing Director, Distribution and held senior sales roles at GMAC RFC UK and Private Label before that.  In his two most senior management posts at GMAC RFC UK he grew corporate accounts to be the largest volume contributor, and then turned round a declining sales performance in the packager division into a major success story.

Jeremy Sillem is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Spencer House Partners LLP.  Prior to establishing Spencer House Partners, he was the Chairman of Bear Stearns International Limited, the European arm of the New York based investment bank, from May 2000 until January 2004.  Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Jeremy spent a 28-year career with Lazard LLC and its predecessor entities. 

Gerald Gregory was until recently a Main Board Director of Britannia Building Society.  Gerald held various senior management positions with the Society including Treasurer, Head of Lending, Director of Mutuality and Marketing and finally Managing Director, Capital Investment Group.  In this latter role Gerald was Chairman of all of the Society’s subsidiary businesses.
